If you want to get acquainted with the history of Germany, you must visit Berlin – where there are plenty of historical buildings and where the devastation that occurred during the Second World War is still visible, like open scars meant to remind us the horror left after the British bombardments, even though the city underwent a major restructuring process afterwards.
